My opinion - the thing that matters for a review seminar is the trainer rather than the classroom/ institution. I’ve been pretty lucky with the three I’ve had(CISSP,CCSP and one other) and they were all on point, fun to work with and I passed all three, though it’s quite likely I would have still passed without these.
You might ask the training provider who is delivering it and check their credentials, see if 5ere is feedback for them.
