Exam voucher Vs Full training

So trying to get a price for just the Exam Voucher cost for CSSLP but been told this is only sold as a complete course, yet had a quote for CISSP for just the exam voucher ($750) - So either the total CISSP course including exam is only 650 GPB compared to the full CSSLP course being over 2500 GBP, OR the sales rep isnt being totally truthful here. Can someone please help me clarify this? UK by the way. official website

If you're simply looking to pay for the exam, no need to buy a voucher - just go directly to Pearson Vue website and register and pay for it there.
