I have been studying for this exam for a while now, but have put it off due to fear of failure.  How were you planning on setting up the study group?  I have taken the official (ISC)2 course about a year ago and have passed the CCSK certificate exam 6 months ago (first try - but it was much easier than an ISC2 exam).  I think a study group would help reassure me that I am looking at the same information as others.

I have started the reading of the CCSP All-in-One book and I will continue reading the Wiley CCSP official study book and doding mock test with app (wiley test bank) on my phone on daily basis and www.cybrary.it free training courses (I did CISSP, SSCP and CCSP training course for free in Cybrary).

I have passed successfully CISSP and SSCP doing so.

CISSP - 6 months self study dedication. Pass in first attempt.
SSCP - 2 months self study dedication. Pass in first attempt.

Done SSCP , have an experinece of 2.7 yrs and used that just to clear the exam dint have to study much . 🙂 

Keen to do Cloud security , would be good step for my career i believe.

I just booked my CCSP exam for late Nov in Hong Kong, love to join any online groups for study. Anybody from this neck of the woods also studying CCSP?

Having recently passed the CCSP, I would chime in that the Security Guidance provided by the Cloud Security Alliance is an excellent read. The PDF is about 150 pages. I would strongly encourage a review of it before taking the exam.
