As has been pointed out, look for information security/cybersecurity orgs in your local area. This can include ISSA, ISC2, ISACA, CSA chapters, as well as local "meetups" for Defcon and AWS and the like. Here you can network with local peers who can often point you to local jobs. Be aware that building up a network on professionals will take time. Don't expect to get a job lead in the first or even 10th meeting.
Don't overlook conferences, especially Security BSides conference, which may have a track of talks and workshops for those looking to get a job (or a new job).
@keisango I don't know anything about this internship but do not know of an organization that has remote interns. I know that mine doesn't. We want interns right in there with the workforce to not only train but to keep eyes on their learning and activities. With the pandemic at least in remission, there are going to be less remote jobs even in experienced positions. I know here that are constant ads that entry level people can work remote jobs. That is honestly just a money grab from a "school" because those of us in the field know that is not true, and that most positions require at least 5 years of experience. I wish you the best in your search but wanted to at least make sure that your goals are realistic.
I would like to be part of the internship. How do I apply? is it remote job?

@sivaniyala22 - We have a summer internship opportunity if you're interested. It also has the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance.
