Job Description – Cloud Security
Responsible for monitoring the enterprise cybersecurity platforms. Coordinates with the CISO and other security team members on security initiatives by working with business and functional leaders across technology, human resources, legal, compliance, and other domains. Provides hands-on leadership expertise to oversee and manage specific projects aimed at enhancing technological security.

Job Responsibilities:
- Align with business strategy across all business units to support and oversee successful execution and monitoring of cybersecurity services and capabilities.
- Development of cybersecurity policies and standards that reflect the needs of the business while also keeping pace with the changes in the business environment and technology/security domain.
- Investigate and remediate known and possible threats within the enterprise.
- Participation in the change management process
- Identity management - manage and maintain user accounts in various platforms such as Active Directory and Office 365 and AWS
- Testing an identifying network and system vulnerabilities
- Conducting scans on IDS system and vulnerability systems and manages remediation project
- Keep up to date with the ever-changing security requirements across HIPPA.
- Maintain security architecture for all agilon health companies and partners.
- Work with third parties (e.g. health plans) in all cybersecurity audits and assessments and participate in the development of remedial plans needed to meet third-party requirements.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to continue to secure and mitigate risk across the company.
Relationships:
- Reports To: IT Security Manager
- Supports: Enterprise organization, partners, and local markets
Qualifications:
- 2 active certification such as Security+, Network+, AWS Cloud practitioner is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in AWS cybersecurity, with at least five years in the Information Technology industry.
- Solid working knowledge of HIPAA.
- Demonstrated understanding of cybersecurity and the relationship between threat, vulnerability and content value in the context of risk management.
- Familiarity with vendors, tools, products, capabilities available to a medium-sized organization.
