Interested in setting up Brisbane, Australia chapter

Hi all,

How can we form a chapter in Brisbane, Australia? I notice there are chapters in Sydney, Melbourne and Western Australia

I do not meet one of the key requirements, which is 3 years membership with ISC2 but happy to volunteer to support others in achieving the formation of a chapter.

Thank you for reaching out! We admire your willingness to volunteer!

While the minimum requirement to start a chapter is 3 years membership, you can still volunteer with other chapters and they may have some opportunities to volunteer virtually. I would recommend connecting with the other Australia Chapters to see how you can help.

Additionally, if there is another member in your area who has been a member for more than 3 years they could submit an application and you could be an officer with the chapter (there is no minimum requirement for volunteering as an officer of a start up).
