Hi, I don't have a roadmap per se but can recommend that you start off with the security principle maybe by taking a CSX class and exam or CISA class and exam and take free classes on Cybrary to improve your technical capabilities. Also you could join a local group that discusses security issues and receive weekly security bulletins to stay on top of security news. Lastly, there are many college programs like Coastline CC Cybersecurity Apprenticeship Program in Southern California which trains students in all security disciplines and helps them find paid internships. http://doingwhatmatters.cccco.edu I know of a similar program in Chicago. Good luck with your endeavors!
There are plenty of information to study and learn through https://edx.org website.
Start learning CyberSecurity Fundamentals.
https://courses.edx.org/courses/course-v1:RITx+CYBER501x+1T2017/course/
That's a start. Keep in mind Security is not a product, it's a process.
Cheers for now.

thanks but i mean no certification map , you think about some people in very very little city with no money and working hardly to living and just interesting in cyber security and its their dreams and they just study alittle but can not pay for course .if there is another way please talk about that , thanks
Edx.org is free to use and paid for certification certificate.
I've used them for years to continue to learn and haven't paid any certification because I did not require a certification for that matter. I hope that makes sense.
