For me, I had not read through the whole book neither in CBK or the student guide. For my experience, I think on of the most important things should be you should change your mindset to being a project/product manager and think about the problem in risk dimension. As always, engineers could easily and directly to fix the problem, however, in risk dimension, we are not going to fix the single issue but need to think about how to mitigate the root cause of the problem. I think such mindset changing takes most of the time on study.
