I went through the Webgoat curriculum. Now I would like to enter my CPEs for the CISSP. It took me about 10 hours to do the whole thing. Can I write down a maximum of one hour here or what does it look like? and where do I enter this, i.e. in which category?
Does OWASP issue a completion certificate? That would be the number of CPEs that can claim. When you are entering CPEs, you select the domains that apply within your certification(s).
From the (ISC)2 CPE handbook
CPE credits
Typically, you will earn one CPE credit per hour of time spent on an activity. You can report CPE credits in 0.25,
0.50 and 0.75 credit increments. However, some activities are worth more credits due to the depth of study
or level of ongoing commitment involved. CPE credits are not earned for normal on-the-job activities, where
income has been earned. The maximum a member or associate can claim for a single activity is 40 CPE credits.
You can find the handbook here:
Based on this, I would claim 10 CPEs for the study. And for the CISSP, I might be inclined to allocate them to Domain 8.
