Not authorized ISC2 insights CPE quizzes

Hello all,

I'm having issues accessing any of the Insight quizzes, i get the below error. Any help would be appreciated.

I am having the same issue and have never been able to access the quizes, can you assist? Anyone found a way to fix it themeselves?

Hello Ma’am, I just wanted to reaching out and state that I am having the same problem as well. I cannot access the CPE Insight quizzes, and I ensure accuracy of all information when logging in to no avail. Can you assist please?

@mariatirado   More out of curiosity than anything, I looked on my account as have not done a quiz in a few months and before all of the changes.  They were just under training before (and a CPE opportunity before that when had a publication).  I got to a quiz with a little effort.  I only tried March - April as is latest one have not done.  I started here: https://www.isc2.org/Insights?crawler_Sitecore_Prod%5BrefinementList%5D%5BgenericType%5D%5B0%5D=Insi...  I selected the quiz and took me here:  https://www.isc2.org/insights/2025/05/march-april-2025-isc2-insights-cpe-quiz-is-live?queryID=a6d8a6...  It looks like that might be the last one available.  I just did not see a list like on the previous site configuration.
