Cannot access Free for (ISC)² Members professional development courses

I can't seem to access the free for members courses located here:

https://enroll.isc2.org/catalog?pagename=Professional-Development

If I click "Add To Cart", it wants me to pay. If I log into the site and try to enroll in one of the courses (e.g., the page at https://www.isc2.org/Skill-Builders/Cybersecurity-Leadership), and click "Free for members", it redirects me to the LMS page (https://learn.isc2.org/d2l/home) but no courses appear.

I've tried emailing member support about this, but have not received a response. I tried contacting D2L support via their web chat, and they said they would have to escalate the issue to (ISC)² support. So I have no idea how to get access to these courses. Any help would be appreciated.

Could I have some help too please? The only Courses I can see are "News & Insights CPE Quizzes" and "(ISC)2 Security Awareness Training". I need to catch up on my CPEs. There used to be tons of free training for members here, but now it looks like everything wants me to pay extra on top of my normal membership? How do I fix it?

I am not able to access any of the free ISC2 webinar training.  The content displays as "blocked".  Please note, I am a member in good standing trying to work on obtaining my required CPE's.  I tried calling ISC2 support, and was told "we don't have anyone to take your call at this time".  They offered to call back.  Does anyone know what is going on?  I have emailed them as well.
