CPEs from infosecurity magazine test not added to CPE

Hi,

 

I completed a ISC2 InfoSec Magazine quiz and passed it. It's been more than 15 days (took the quiz on 04/07) and the CPEs are still not showing in my dashboard.

I had someone check your account and it looks like you entered your email and not your member ID #. We'll get this corrected this time but in the future please put your Member ID # in for those CPEs.

Hi,

 

I took the quiz for July/Aug 2021 last Tuesday and passed it. How long does it take to reflect the CPEs. Also, I have multiple ISC2 certifications (and I have met the CPE requirements for 2/3 certs), which certification would the CPEs be added to?
