Very nice! I was just cleaning-out my files yesterday (long past due) and came across the CISSP CPE Guidelines (circa 2005), and CISM CPE Policy (circa 2007). I'm betting these are slightly outdated! Yeah, I was issued four #2 pencils and a scantron sheets when I took my CISSP in a room filled with 150 test-takers with ISC2 volunteers posted at every row for the monthly CISSP exam.
Nice find. Hard to believe that 2005 is now 20 years ago (almost).
Crossed the 20-year mark earlier in 2025 when we travelled long distances to sit for exams, proctored by fellows. I found my pencil and plan to build a case and hang it on my "I love me wall".

@Beads - Congrats! I'm not far behind you. I'm still traumatized by that six-hour exam ordeal: back and neck still ache from being chained sitting upright in that hard plastic chair for 6-hours; bladder never quite recovered from my one bathroom break taken while being escorted by two armed guards as they watched and logged my urine stream; seems like every scantron sheet, text booklet, and pencils were serialized and had to be signed for and initialized - signed more forms than our home purchase, wills, and trusts combined; and wore out a half-dozen #2 pencils to the nub to where they resembled the rock hammer Andy Dufresne used to tunnel his way out of Shawshank Prison. After digging my way out of Old CISSP Exam Prison, I vowed to maintain my CPEs and never return. LOL!
