BrightTalk Auto Submission of Group A/B

Hi All,

Hopefully a quick question - when Bright Talk auto-submits CPE points from webinars, do they do a check to confirm whether the submission should be group A or group B CPE related?

This might be a dead topic, but does Brighttalk still update the CPEs to ISC2?

I've been watching Brighttalks all year. Not one of them has shown up on my ISC2 account 😞

If and only if it an ISC2 sponsored webinar.  These typically are hosted by Brandon Dunlap and feature a "back in 60 seconds" housekeeping video stating that the CPEs will be auto-submitted.

Plus, when you watched the first video on that particular ISC2 channel, you were prompted for your member number.   If you skipped that, they will not auto-submit and the only way to fix it is to delete/recreate the Brighttalk account, losing your historical CPE evidence.

My practice is to download the viewing certificate to a local folder after watching a webinar. Then, a couple of weeks later I self-submit any that did not auto-submit.
