Can anyone recommend any good practice exams ? I really want to get a good idea if I'm ready, I'm self-funding and based on my financial situation the exam is very expensive and I would really like to pass on my first attempt.
thanks
I think you might use the free CC exam and training to get a feel?
The training guides and practice tests in published books seemed fine for me though that's a few years back, and linked in training tends to have confirmation.
Thanks for responding, not sure what you mean by CC exam ? I completed the one in the online training seminar and got just under 70%, so I dont think I'm there yet.
@scottadamson I mean the 'certified in cybersecurity" free training and exam - it can't hurt, and it won't cost you unless you certify, and you'll get a feeling for the test center of your choice before you go for the big one.
Hi @scottadamson -
By far the best practice exams I've used in the past are the official ones. You can find several in both the official test bank and phone app.
* Overall Study Resources (Official): https://www.isc2.org/Training/Self-Study-Resources/CISSP
* Amazon / Test Bank Book: https://www.amazon.com/Certified-Information-Security-Professional-Official/dp/1119787637
* CISSP Official App: https://www.learnzapp.com/apps/cissp/index.html
There are also practice tests you can get through other sources. Some examples below.
* Dummies Book: https://www.dummies.com/book/academics-the-arts/study-skills-test-prep/cissp/cissp-for-dummies-28166...
* All-in-One Book: https://www.amazon.com/CISSP-All-One-Guide-Ninth/dp/1260467376
Hope that helps!
