In the hierarchical environment of the MAC model, is this understanding correct?

1. A subject with Top Secret clearance can access information labeled Top Secret and lower classification levels (i.e. Top-Secret + Secret, Confidential, and Unclassified).
2. A subject with Secret clearance can access information labeled Secret and lower classification levels (i.e. Secret + Confidential, and Unclassified).
3. A subject with Confidential clearance can access information labeled Confidential and Unclassified.
4. Unclassified data can be access by anyone.
