Passed the Exam in first attempt

Passed the exam today. Resources that I referred to for the past 2 weeks before covering the whole syllabus for the final lap were,

I passed my exam today. Besides covering the whole syllabus over time, my last 2 weeks covered below resources,

  1. Listened to all the topics back from  Get Certified Together
  2. Read CCSP for Dummies - After each domain, I solved questions from the CCSP Certified Cloud Security Professional Official Practice Test for that domain. It helps in revising concepts nicely.
  3. Read CCSP (ISC)2 Certified Cloud Security Professional Official Study Guide - This was a thorough reading. I tried to not go deep in detail on each section but the way it's written, I get another revision of all topics from different points of view.
  4. Finally did practice exams, a Set of 3 from Udemy, I would have given you the link but honestly exam was far harder, and the questions covered are different so don't bother.
  5. Bought a practice exam from the pass exam hub, which will say the same thing as above but it was good to come in an exam mood.
  6. Finally kept best for last, Two full practice exams from the CCSP Certified Cloud Security Professional Official Practice Test just in the morning of the exam. They were tricky good scenario-based questions.

Great to know,

would you be able to let me know .. what type of questions one can expect? since content is very broad

does it covers question on ISO/NIST like which ISO/NIST has what purpose?

how about Datacenter, EAL, KVM .. is question expected in that domain?

Yes content is pretty comprehensive. If you follow the questions under ISC2 official practice test book, you may have better idea on kind of questions. It will be more on scenarios and real-life use cases.

Instead of paying for sample questions from different platforms, I felt reading official study guide and practice paper helped me more in understanding all topics in details. I see the kind of question you asked are mostly we find in online sample papers from 3rd parties but actual exam is really different than those, if you get my cue 🙂
