CCSP Flash Cards

Is anyone else having trouble getting access to the CCSP flash cards? After clicking on the download button nothing happens, although the form is completely filled out. In the meantime I have tried it from different computers with different browsers, always without results.

At this website, all the official resources are available with links.  I was able to get to the flashcards from here.  There are also links to the official app, which also has some flashcards available, if you subscribe through the app store.

If you buy the book, there are some flashcards available through Sybex as well.
