I have successfully completed the free training for the Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) certification. Currently, I am attempting to schedule my exam in Beijing, but I have encountered a persistent error over the past day. During the scheduling process, I was able to navigate to the step where exam centers are selected. However, after choosing a Beijing-based center and clicking "Next," a red error pop-up appears with no additional details or message. I have repeated the process multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. Could you please assist in resolving this scheduling error?

@Drahsan @mariatirado Thank you for reaching out via ISC2 Community. I'm sorry to learn you are having difficulty scheduling your CC exam. Please do as Maria has suggested and we will assist you with resolving your issue so that you can schedule your exam.
Please know that there are language restrictions in China for all ISC2 exams. On our webpage https://www.isc2.org/exams/exam-language-availability you will see that only Chinese-language exams can be administered in China.
If you wish to take your exam in a language other than Chinese, you will have to travel outside of China.
In addition, for the remainder of 2025, in China, the CC exam can only be scheduled during these dates:
July 11 - August 9, October 8 - November 6.
