If you are wanting to supplement over the self-paced training, ISC2 has suggestions: isc2.org/certifications/references I rarely use those but have experience. I know that a lot of people recommend Mike Chapple's book. Sybex is the publisher for ISC2 materials. If you are looking for additional training, both Luke and Thor have successful online training as well. You can use an internet search for anything that have mentioned here.
