Different date shown for exam date vs the scheduled one

Hi,

 

I'm preparing to take the ISC2 CC exam and I scheduled it for 31 Oct.

I noticed soon after the registration via Pearson Vue that in my isc2 account/ Dashboard, the date mentioned is 30 Oct.

Well...what shall I do? I contacted ISC2 via the available contact form, but is it enough?

Did anyone else encountered this?

You can also email examadministration@isc2.org for any exam or scheduling-related issues—just make sure to explain your situation in detail.

 

By the way, did you receive a confirmation email from Pearson VUE after successfully booking your exam? The date specified in that email is typically the correct one—and the one you should follow.

Yes, I got the confirmation email with the right date; only in my account with ISC2 there is a mistake.

Hi @MihaelaS@Ian_CFA is correct that you should verify from your confirmation email but also reach out to the Exam Administration team to have them look into it. They'll be getting back to you soon (we're closed on the weekend). I'm wondering if it's a time zone issue when it comes to displaying your test date on your ISC2.org account?
