CC Test Retake Study Help

Hello ISC2 Community first time posting.

        I recently took the CC Exam and failed and not sure what to do next. I did well in the online learning. I took notes and passed all online tests and exams. But taking the real thing had me pretty confused. I need some help with Domain 4. Do i need to just memorize all of the ports? or just the useful one.

        After buying the text book and reading through it i feel like i know what i need to know but don't really have an effective way to check what I've learned. (practice exams, ect.) Retaking the reviews in the self paced learning isn't really an option.

I'm open to any and all suggestions for studying habits or review questions.

Hoping to retake the test soon so any help is appreciated.

@mkunwa  You can buy the Textbook by doing the following. Hit the search icon and search "CC Textbook" and you should be lead to a pdf version of the text book from the site.

@Lexliight3   I did purchase the eTextbook to review it and to be able to speak about it intelligently with others.  I honestly do not think that there is enough extra in there to pass the exam.  Although I have not read it, I think that Mike Chapple's book is probably good based on comments from others.

I'm sorry the exam didn't go as planned, but be assured you can do this. The fact that you passed the practise tests shows you have what it takes to pass the exam.

I will advise that you study Domain 4 in its entirety, this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WfY_HAMSPOQ&list=PPSV really helped in mastering network security and the ISC2 learning is also comprehensive. 

Pls take your time to refresh on your storng points and dedicate more time to studying your weak points. There is no shortcut to it, just dedicated learning and belief in yourself.

Review the questions you answered incorrectly in the assessment, and revisit the topics you found challenging. You can also ask the AI chat to generate new questions on those difficult subjects.
