ISC2 account is currently suspended.

I faild my isc2 CC certification 2 times, and i forgot to pay annual isc2 candidate fee of $50. if i payed my annual fees do i take again for free or i have to pay the exam fees?

Yes I'm totally okay with paying my annual fee. If I paid annual fees do I get free CC exam voucher?
