Checkout process not working

I am trying to buy my member subscription for the CC exam I just passed, but I keep getting this error when going to checkout. Is there a fix for this? Screenshot 2025-05-20 at 11.47.27 AM.png

Hi, @mariatirado!

 

I'm having the same issue, or similar: I have a voucher, go to checkout, and get that error.

I've cleared my caches and deleted cookies multiple times. I've tried on 2 different computers, 2 different browsers (each), and on 2 different networks. 

 

I put in an inquiry via the form you mentioned more than a week ago. And I received a generic "An Update Regarding Your Query" email 7 days ago. Nothing since.

 

I have called the North America number 4 different times. 3 times I pressed the "receive a callback" option and was never called back. Just now, I sat on hold for 13 mins and the voice recording came on and said that you're sorry no one is available to help me, and hung up on me.

 

I've tried the chat during business hours (including right now, 12:00 CDT/17:00 UTC) and either receive the "try us during the business hours listed" message, or the chat box just sits and never loads.

 

This SSCP is a final exam for a class I'm in. I cannot wait weeks or months to take it. But so far, no one from customer support has been able to support me.
