Unable to submit CISSP & CCSP Endorsement

Current Associate of ISC2 after passing the CISSP and CCSP. I have finally achieved the required years of experience! I am trying to submit my endorsement forms However, I am unable to submit my endorsement forms, however, I keep getting the following error-
