Is managerial position required for ISSMP?

Hello everyone,

I am CISSP and looking ahead to get one of the concentrations. As unusual as it is, but I use to make a lot of managerial type of work while I never hold a managerial position. Saying it otherwise I am clearly qualify for some of the ISSMP domains, but one can't guess it from my official job positions. 

Question is if I still qualify for ISSMP, or for it I need an official managerial work?

You need two years of full-time experience in one of the five domains. 

Your title would not necessarily be relevant.  It is what your job duties were/are.

I agree with TankerT. I just (officially) earned my ISSMP yesterday, and my none of my job titles included "Manager." However, my work included responsibilities that clearly aligned with the 5 CBK domains.
