Can member's endorsements on different exams go in parallel?

Can member's endorsements on different exams come in parallel? For example:

1) If a member passed the CISSP exam, got an endorsement from a CISSP professional, and is waiting 4-6 weeks for the endorsement to be verified by ISC2, can this member sit at a CSSLP exam, pass it, get an endorsement from a CSSLP professional, so the second endorsement verification will come in parallel with the first one?

2) can a member sit additionally at a CISSP-ISAAP exam in the first scenario?

1 - Yes!

2 - It is strongly recommended to be fully endorsed and hold the CISSP prior to taking a concentration exam. However, with that being said, you may sit for the CISSP-ISSAP exam while you are waiting for the CISSP certification application to be completed. There is a nine month time limit to submit your ISSAP certification application after you pass the exam. Please note if your CISSP endorsement is not completed, delayed or not approved you'll lose out on your CISSP-ISSAP exam fee and will have to retest if the requisite timeframe for endorsement expires. This is why we strongly advise that you hold the CISSP before taking your concentration exam.

I now understand from your reply that sitting at CISSP-ISSAP exam while you are waiting for the CISSP certification application to be completed is technically possible, but there is risk in case of a failure to complete the CISSP endorsement verification.

Therefore, it is better to be slow but safe.
