Is all 120 CPE from Group-A type is enough for CISSP renewal?
Plus remaining in good standing and paying your fees; yes.
Thanks......So Group B CPE is not mandatory requirement..right?
Yes, you need 120 CPEs. They can be ALL "Group A" OR up to half can be "Group B", but you aren't required to have Group B credits.
I always encourage folks to get MORE then that just in case something gets rejected. Better to have too much then be in a situation where you don't have enough.
And if you're struggling to get CPEs, you're doing something wrong. There are many avenues for free or near free CPEs.

The official handbook states that up to 30 of a CISSP's required 120 may be Group B, which is half of half.

Completely agree! If extras are earned at the right time, right quantity and are unneeded, they can be rolled into your next 3-year cycle, as detailed in the official handbook. So it is possible to become an efficient overachiever.
Practically, the group B are useful if you've done some extra IT related or legal or management training; that doesn't exactly fit into Group A. In reality you'll probably find enough CPE opportunities that are all group A. The Group B are useful to add in the months running up the end of the certification cycle so you benefit from the roll over and don't feel you're starting from zero.
