Hi all, in our meeting December 7th, Stephen asked about the process of submitted CPE's and the potential of audit.   I have some clarification. (ISC)2 requires us to keep records of attendance for CPE submission for the audit process. (See below)   My interpretation of this that in the event of an audit, (ISC)2 would come to the officers of the Chapter for evidence/records. That being said, anyone who works in IT knows it always smart to have a backup 😉   Thanks   Chapter officers are required to maintain attendance records of members at these events for verification purposes since these credits are subject to audit.

Hi Everyone,   During the chapter meeting on Wednesday, December 7, 2022.  A question was asked if it was possible to get messages from the Chapter Group hub without having to log into the Group Hub platform.   Kindly see below on how it could be done.   Log into the (ISC)2 Atlantic Canada Group Hub   Click on the “Option” button   On the drop down, select “Subscribe”     Once you select the subscribe button, you will get the message “ Success! You have subscribed to this group hub” and will start email receiving notification in your inbox.     Note: You will have to log into the group hub to reply, add comment or give kudos to the post   I would like to say thank you to Joshua L. for his suggestion during the meeting. I tried out his suggestion it worked, and I decided to write this article.
