IoT and AI - Any ISC2 Certificate available specific for these topics?

Interest "IoT Ecosystem/smart future/AI" cybersecurity awareness and training, cybersecurity resilience, hygiene and posture growth 

from governance, risk, management, leadership, threat modelling and intelligence and economic digital growth. 

What ISC2 would be most beneficial to such goal?

CISSP is broad, but maybe CSSLP is good for the dev side(though IoT is a bit different) and Whatever the ISSEP is currently(never taken it so can’t comment too much).

1:1 fit is not going to happen here but CISSP is wide so quite safe there as a broad overview. Are you currently working with IoT?

Thanks. Looked into CISSP. Still felt something was missing.
Somehow feels both IoT and AI would benefit from own certificate in the future.

Totally, I think today CISSP is probably ISC2’s best fit but inch deep/mile wide.There is a nearly free CC if you’re interested in a recce in force on ISC2’s exams in general.

IAPP offer an AI governance certificate:

However no idea if it’s any good.

Depending on where you are based you might reach out to ISSA or your local ISC2 chapter on iOT.
