A change in Strategy

Hi All

Perhaps we need a change of strategy and thinking, in of terms preparing for having been hacked rather than attempting to pull up the drawbridge and hope it does not happen or bury ones head in the sand, and hope it does not happen.

A great article from the FT this morning, which illustrates this change in approach.

What do you think, should we stick with traditional thinking?

Regards

Couldn't read due to a pay wall but yes, strategy should shift more (or equal) focus toward the other functions. I believe we talked about this on other threads but the difficulty here is getting the other parts of the Org. on board with the fact that it's not a matter of 'if' but 'when'. Or go the Zero Trust route and assume breach from the start.
