Unable to pay AMF with valid credit card

To ISC support

 

Date reported: January 6 2022

 

I am certain it is not a browser issue or credit card issue. 

 

This system error shows when I tried to pay AMF with a valid credit card. Details entered correctly. I had used the same browser and credit card for another transact earlier.

 

"Transaction declined, please use a different credit card or contact your issuing bank."

 

Please assist. 

 

PS: I noticed other members had similar issues.

Hi,

I am facing similar issue today where I tried couple of cards multiple times to pay AMF. However I keep getting the following error.

 

"Transaction declined, please review your credit card information and try again or use a different card."

 

 

Support shall be appreciated.

 

 

 

(The cards are being successfully used on other online websites)

I'm having the same issue. I'm trying to use my AMEX corporate card to pay for the AMF and the transaction is declined.

 

When can we expect a solution? Thank you!

Hi

I can't recall how it was resolved then. but do know that I have encountered the same issue today as reported in Jan 22!

I am certain there is no issue with my card or browser. ISC2 seriously needs to get to the bottom of their website payment gateway.
