To Andrea and other ISC2 reps,
Having already sat two ISC2 exams, CISSP and CCSP, with the latter as recent as July last year, and therefore have a valid ISC2 Member ID, why is it when I try to access Pearson Vue for the purpose of say registering for another exam is it taking me to (https://my.isc2.org/s/ISC2-Pearson) and wanting me to:
"Please complete all fields on this form to successfully setup an account with Pearson VUE. Once submitted you will be redirected to the Pearson VUE site to register for your ISC2 exam."
Will this not generate a new, duplicate candidate/member ID? I don't understand why it's simply not permitting me to log back in using my existing credentials and account? Is this due to the redo of the ISC2 website? Not experiencing this issue my Pearson Vue account for The Open Group exams.
Curious to know if other members who haven't sat for an exam for at least the past year or more are facing similar issues.
Really not a question for us here.
Suggest that you reach out to Customer Support via the phone or chat:

Correct, hence why its addressed to @AndreaMoore and other reps, as I highly doubt I'll be the only one affected and so any responses would be of value to the wider community here.
For example, the Endorsement (https://apps.isc2.org/Endorsement/#/Home) site is currenty also broken for existing and new candidates, and was discussed in the past week in detail on Reddit.
I too am prompted to create a PearsonVue account when I trial registering for an exam. And like you, my stored PearsonVue login link (https://www2.pearsonvue.com/testtaker/signin/SignInPage/ISC2) no longer works.
I do recall that ISC2 converted from having local PearsonVue user accounts to a federated login via the ISC2 salesforce SSO . My guess is that this was done in-part to simplify the process for new users and in part to eliminate the member-id mismatch problem.
It will be interesting to see if your test history associated with the local PearsonVue account got copied over to your federated PearsonVue account or if it was lost to the annals of time.
ISC2 has implemented a new integration to access the Pearson Vue exam page.
Now when you log in to your ISC2 account to register for another exam, you will always be taken to the “ISC2 Exam Account Information” page. Your contact information should already be filled in on the page, you’ll need to check the box at the bottom of the page that you have reviewed the information, and then click the Submit button. Submitting this information each time you need to review/reschedule/cancel an exam will not create a duplicate account.
If you have any other exam-related questions, you can always email us directly at examadminstration@isc2.org for more assistance.
Thank you!

Hi @RKirkExamTeam, thanks for the reply and clarifying these details. A notice or FAQ might've been of value.
If this is expected behaviour, some feedback to the team that owns this (I assume yours) should strongly consider making some immediate tweaks for all users.
e.g. I am an existing member with multiple certifications and an existing member ID and Pearson Vue account aligned to ISC2. Yet the page you speak of states: "Please complete all fields on this form to successfully setup an account with Pearson VUE." This is inaccurate, and should only appear if it is someone new to sitting ISC2 exams who's never created an account before.
Regarding my existing profile information automatically populating in the form fields, disappointed to report most of the fields are blank. First & Last Names, suburb, postcode, country. The country code field is inaccurate but phone number is missing, as is the street, and all other remaining fields.
Is this known behaviour?
