I have been leading digital transformation projects in the IT and SI Infrastructure area, different segments as food, wholesales, finance, software house, and startups. Technology is moving faster than ever before, and for me, the concept of "Unlearning and Relearning" makes total sense! In a collaborative environment, I enjoy training and motivating my team. I believe that leadership is to inspire, lead by example, building trust, seek broad and sustainable answers, and be a facilitator and high-performance, team maker. I believe it is very important to spur creativity and constructive criticism without losing discipline, humility, ownership, ethics, and orientation to results, which are due.
