Prior to joining Pendo in November 2018, I served as CISO for Duke University Health System for 7 years. I also was a member of Symantec's Security Advisory Services consulting practice for 6 years. Overall, I have 30 years of experience in information technology, of which 15 years has been in information security. My educational background: I have earned an MBA and a B.S. in Physics from North Carolina State University, and CISO Certificate from Carnegie Mellon University. I also hold multiple certifications, including the CISSP, CISM, and PMP.
