Decision to commission
Periodically the [Committee-Members]'s will solicit and gauge interest from the [General-Members]'s regarding the potential to form study groups for (ISC)² certifications. When there is enough interest within the Chapter to support commissioning of a study group, the Committee will initiate a study group. At least one [Committee-Member] will serve as its overseer. The following are guidelines for [Committee-Members]'s who are overseeing a study group:

- Maximum of 8 [Study-Group-Members]. Any more than that might be too noisy on chats and be difficult for participants to coordinate schedules to hold meetings.

- The [Committee-Member(s)] should preferably
- The [CM] is an overseer and facilitator, not a trainer.
- The [CM] is there to ensure Chapter and community standards are adhered to.
- The [CM] may provide limited participation and advice where the [SGM]
