Unable to reschedule exam , payment error !!

I am writing this to raise an issue regarding the payment issue I faced while trying to reschedule the SSCP Exam.
 
I tried two different cards and I get the same error on both. It says there was a system error and to try again later. I checked and Money has been deducted multiple times on both cards. However when I check my exam it does not show the updated date or time. I did already fill out the email form for this as well, but forgot to add that money has been deducted from both of my cards mulitple times.

@CBMExamTeam @mariatirado  Are you guys able to help me. My test is set to be taken on the 26th so I need this rescheduled as soon as possiblem, and all the duplicate charges refunded as well.

Thankyfully I was able to call (1-877-551-7587) and they were able to help me out!

I'm sorry to learn that you had such difficulty rescheduling your exam.

 

I'm glad you let us know you were able to reschedule your exam by contacting Pearson VUE .

Pearson VUE levies and collects the rescheduling fees. If the extra money paid does not fall off your account within a few days, please reach out to Pearson VUE directly. The number you posted above is a good number to call.
