Unable to Purchase CISSP With Peace of Mind Exam

Hi,
I’ve been trying to purchase the CISSP exam with peace of mind for the lasts two weeks, without success.
Every time I try I get:

 if the image doesn't appear, it is an error message stating that the system is down and that a location was changed during checkout.


I have tried clearing caches, closing browsers, signing out, restarts, different devices, different browsers all without success.
I have tried calling the number supplied, which nobody answers, tried the chat feature, which always states it’s out hours and I have filled in the contact forms a week ago and not had a response.
Please can someone help?
