Hi guys, I am trying to register CISSP Cert but get this error, could you assist me on this. I am using 2 different Debit/Credit Card number, but still no success.
I'm having the same problem. Tried twice using different browsers, same issue. Contacted support at 1-866-331-4722 and requested a call back - but they never called back. I'm in Canada, not sure if there's an issue with the system accepting my information. If you are in US maybe they will actually call you back? Anyone else get this resolved somehow?

I encountered the same error and email to support, but the support only asked to use different browser (incognito mode) and different credit cards which I already did before.
Just wondering anyone had solved the problem with any workaround?
