Payment Issues with CISSP exam

Hi everyone,
I'm facing a frustrating issue and hoping to see if anyone else has experienced this or has advice.
On June 30, 2025, I attempted to purchase the CISSP Exam voucher with the "Peace of Mind" extra attempt plan. After the payment processed, the (ISC)² website displayed an error message stating "something went wrong." (or something along those lines I don't remember exact error). However, $945 USD (almost 1450 AUD) was deducted from my bank account, but the training voucher is nowhere to be found in my (ISC)² account or purchase history.

I've tried to reach their support through multiple platforms, including submitting a support request via their web portal. However, I haven't even received an acknowledgment that my request was submitted. It's quite ironic, given I opted for the "Peace of Mind" plan, and currently, I have anything but that.

I'm currently waiting for their official response, but in the meantime:
* Has anyone else had a payment go through for a training voucher, received an error, and then found no corresponding product?
* What was your experience with (ISC)² support response times for similar issues, especially when no initial acknowledgment was received?
* Is there a particular method of contact that tends to be more effective for payment/order issues?
Any insights or shared experiences would be incredibly helpful as I try to get this resolved.
