Online Proctor for CISSP due to Covid 19

I am almost ready to write the CISSP exam. My challenge is that I am based in South Africa & yesterday our government announced a 21 day lockdown to try "flatten the Covid 19 infection curve". Question is are there any plans from ISC2 to allow for online proctors to monitor an online CISSP examination? I have checked with Pearson vue and SA is not listed as we use 3rd party testing centers.

Due to COVID-19, ISACA just announced that they will be offering the CISA Certification online. It would be great if ISC2 can also work out modalities to do the same for CISSP. I have studies so hard and ready to take My Test when I received a mail from ISC2/PersonVue that my test has been canceled but was giving the opportunity to reschedule.

This is Worth thinking about!!!

ISACA is right now trail blazing with their exam and course ware. Cisco
also launched its online exams as well. Great to see them placing peoples
health as a priorty in these difficult times

we must not and cannot make them make decisions, we must also understand them for certain reasons.
If this should be so, it will be
let us be patient

True.  To do so would definitely mean you fail the "risk assessment" part of the exam.

Just adding an additional voice to the request to accelerate the capability to take the test remotely.  I recently completed a prep class after extensive studying and now see that the earliest date in my area is in *July*.  I think the risk has been greatly reduced, as others have mentioned, as other respected certifying authorities have already allowed remote test-taking using existing practices.  Thanks for the work you are doing.

Hallo

Corona is going to be on a on off type rolling basis globally. This is not
going to be a once off situation at all. So to your point yes let's hope
remote testing is enabled. In my country I cant take the test at all right
now complete shutdown

Hello Andrea,
Any update on this? I am ready to take the test now but cannot get a test date before July 27th with the PearsonVue centers in my area. This is very disheartening. Online testing would help a lot. I know quite a few others who are in the same boat.
