Paid the AMF over a week ago but still received an email requesting AMF payment, and I don’t have access to my digital certification yet as no email sent for that kind of information.
Filled query form a week ago, no reply yet. Called Japan desk as I'm located in Japan, got a email address and sent email for the same, not reply. Called China desk as I'm chinese, staff said will ask IT support to sync my payment status. Not sure whether they took the action as the issue still persisting.
Why it take such a long time to sort this payment issue?
The issue was resolved automatically. But now have new issue with claming with my badge on Credly..
