[ISC2 Member not reflected after paying Candidate Dues

Hi ISC2m

 

I passed my CISSP exam on May 2, 2025, and paid my Candidate Dues on May 12, 2025. However, my ISC2 dashboard is still prompting me to pay the Candidate Dues again.

 

I have attempted to contact ISC2 through the chat support, phone support, email, and the query request form but have not received any response.

 

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring that my Candidate Dues are correctly processed.

May I also ask or your help, I passed the CC on April 28, 2025.

 

I am also having problems with my account its sill asking I pay my annual dues, i have emailed several times with regards to this matter but to success.

Hello Kaity,
Same issue here, i paid the candidate dues but still appear on my dashboard as unpaid. i have a cissp certification application approved and i don't see the 135$ to pay for AMF !

I sent many queries about the issue to support team but without answers !!
