I passed my CISSP exam on May 2, 2025, and paid my Candidate Dues on May 12, 2025. However, my ISC2 dashboard is still prompting me to pay the Candidate Dues again.
I have attempted to contact ISC2 through the chat support, phone support, email, and the query request form but have not received any response.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring that my Candidate Dues are correctly processed.

I am also having problems with my account its sill asking I pay my annual dues, i have emailed several times with regards to this matter but to success.
but I paid my AMF since 5.21.25
