As you may know, ISC2's 2024 Cybersecurity Workforce Study is yet to be released; however, the 'First Look' contained some actionable recommendations for employers. To paraphrase one of them, some employers have unrealistic expectations or post inaccurate job descriptions.
My question for the community is, "In your experience, how are companies creating these position requisitions?...and is there some HR database or manual they are consulting in creating these?"
