Cannot buy CISSP Peace of Mind

Dear (ISC)² Support Team,

I am writing to raise an urgent issue regarding my attempt to purchase the CISSP Peace of Mind offer on your website.


Yesterday, I tried to complete the payment using my American Express card. The amount was deducted from my AMEX balance, but immediately afterward, I received an error message on your website. Strangely, I cannot find any corresponding transaction in my AMEX statement nor in my order history on the (ISC)² portal.

To resolve this, I even created another email account and tried again, but I encountered the same problem. Now, whenever I proceed to checkout and fill in my personal information, the page freezes and will not load further.

I have already tried multiple browsers, cleared my cache, and used different laptops, but nothing works.

This issue is very time-sensitive because the CISSP Peace of Mind promotion ends tomorrow, and I do not want to miss out due to technical problems outside my control.

 

I already sended an email to examadministration@isc2.org, tried to call multiple times and tried the chat. But no responses yet 😞


What can I do now?

@Mounben cc: @mariatirado Thank you for reaching out via ISC2 Community. I'm sorry to learn you are having difficulty with your Peace of Mind purchase. I understand you were eager to take advantage of the extra $50 discount that was being offered until June 30, 2025.


Please accept our sincere apologies for this difficulty.

 

Due to our recent systems upgrade, there are lingering technical issues that we are working to resolve. At present, all teams are working diligently on resolving these issues and on the backlog of cases caused by the upgrade.

I do see we have a case for you in our Exam Administration queue. Please allow five to seven business days for one of our coordinators to reach out to you, as cases are worked in the order in whcih they are received.

@Mounben, @mariatirado Even I am facing the same issue and tried reaching out through multiple ways like filling out the form and mailing the examadministration@isc2.org . Kindly help me out.
