Hi, I created an account and filled out the candidate form yesterday. However, the candidate benefits page says I'm not currently a member. Does the process involve human review or is it automated? Is there a way to tell whether my application is pending versus failed to submit successfully?

The candidate application was to become a free candidate; to become a member, you'll need to pass at least the CC exam and pay a membership fee.

Unless you meant it's saying you're not a candidate, in which case disregard.
