I attempted to register for the CSSLP exam on June 23, 2025, and successfully completed the payment process. However, after the transaction, I received an error message on your website stating:
“There was an error. Please contact customer support.”
Since then, I have tried multiple times to reach out:
I also contacted my bank, and they confirmed that while the transaction was authorized, the merchant has not claimed the amount. This suggests that the payment was not finalized on your end.
Now, when I try to register again:
As today is the last day to claim the offer, I kindly request your urgent assistance in resolving this issue. Could you please confirm:
I would greatly appreciate a prompt response so I can complete my registration before the offer expires.
