CSSLP Exam: Fees Paid and Charged but error on Checkout

Dear ISC2 Support Team,

I attempted to register for the CSSLP exam on June 23, 2025, and successfully completed the payment process. However, after the transaction, I received an error message on your website stating:
“There was an error. Please contact customer support.”

Since then, I have tried multiple times to reach out:

  • I submitted a query through your online form.
  • I attempted to call the support number listed, but it consistently states that no one is available to assist.

I also contacted my bank, and they confirmed that while the transaction was authorized, the merchant has not claimed the amount. This suggests that the payment was not finalized on your end.

Now, when I try to register again:

  • I am unable to apply the $50 “Peace of Mind” discount.
  • The system is also adding tax, which was not shown during my initial attempt.

As today is the last day to claim the offer, I kindly request your urgent assistance in resolving this issue. Could you please confirm:

  1. Whether my previous transaction is still valid or pending?
  2. How I should proceed with registration without losing the discount?

I would greatly appreciate a prompt response so I can complete my registration before the offer expires.
