Assistance with Endorsement Process Error

Dear ISC2 Support Team,

I am currently in the process of endorsing my CC application, but I encountered an issue. When attempting to complete the endorsement, I received the following error message:

"Your account has not been fully provisioned yet."

I have already tried to resolve this by both emailing and calling your support team, but unfortunately, I have not received a response so far.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible so that I can proceed with the endorsement process? If you require any additional information or documents from my side, I would be happy to provide them.

No, how can l pay if they dont send me email about payment:(

AMFs work differently now than when I got my first ISC2 certification. Now it has to be paid up front; so I am not sure what they send you. I would suggest looking on your account to see if gives you the option to pay it. Definitely will need to be paid before will award the certification. Best wishes.
