Access member resources problem

 

Dear all, 

 

I was a active member and obtained the CISSP. But when I want to access the resources (see link below) (say it is free for members), but it showed below error ( attached image). May I know is it any settings or application procedure to access member resources? Thanks.

What's your current member status? The badge system on here doesn't show that you hold a certification and are therefore a member.

I am an active member currently. i obtained and endorsed my CISSP two weeks
ago. Can you help? Thanks.

I can see your CISSP badge has appeared on here now - congratulations BTW!

 

You'll need to contact Member Services to get this resolved. You can find their contact details at the bottom of this site or the main ISC2 site.

 

If you're in a hurry, I recommend you call them and keep calling until you speak with someone. Sending an email or leaving a voicemail takes a few weeks to get a response.
