@Ranen676   I will try to address what think are asking one at a time.  For the included $50 fee, that is a membership fee.  ISC2 gives it to you for a year whether you do anything else or not.  If you want to continue membership, then you would have to pay a $50 membership every year.  If a person passes the CC, they must pay a $50 AMF (Annual Maintenance Fee).  Membership is included in that.  I know is confusing because are the same price.  If you signed up for the 1 Million program, the exam voucher would be in an E-mail.  It might be in a different E-mail than the courseware and eTextbook. The Peace of Mind is a program to buy an extra exam voucher at a discounted price in case fail the first attempt.  I did look, and the CC is not part of that program from what I can see:  https://www.isc2.org/landing/exam-peace-of-mind?queryID=524378fb1d4016d03fea53f15d108063  Exam vouchers are only good for one year.  If you are being asked to renew a membership fee, your exam voucher may have expired.  Without dates, the best that I can do is guess.  Have you contacted ISC2 directly to submit this?  People from ISC2 do monitor these discussions when they can, but this forum is not how you want to submit a trouble ticket.  Best wishes.
